Truck and Trailer Paint Technician

At Reliable Carriers, Inc., we are seeking a skilled Truck and Trailer Paint / Body Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the aesthetic appeal and structural integrity of our trucks and trailers.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform paint and body repairs on trucks and trailers, addressing damages, scratches, dents, and other cosmetic issues to maintain the fleet's appearance.
- Utilize industry-standard tools and techniques to execute paint blending, matching, and refinishing, ensuring a seamless appearance across the fleet.
- Collaborate closely with fleet managers and maintenance teams to schedule and prioritize repairs, minimizing downtime and optimizing vehicle availability.
- Maintain detailed records of repairs, materials used, and work completed for accurate tracking and reporting purposes.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and industry regulations while working on vehicles and within the facility.
- Proven experience as a Truck and Trailer Paint & Body Technician or similar role within a commercial vehicle or transport fleet.
- Strong knowledge of commercial vehicle paint systems, including application techniques and refinishing processes.
- Proficiency in assessing and repairing various types of damage on trucks and trailers.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to prioritize and complete repairs efficiently.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with fleet managers.
