Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply paint finishes using various preparation and application techniques, including spraying and using solvents.
  • Perform tasks such as masking, sanding, cleaning, and preparing surfaces for painting.
  • Work with a variety of materials, including urethanes, water-based, oil-based, stains, lacquers, and epoxies.
  • Maintain equipment, including spray guns and other painting equipment.
  • Inspect painted units for quality of workmanship and note any defects.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in automotive painting.
  • Airbrush experience.
  • Ability to absorb and reproduce techniques and procedures using approved materials and tools.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
Work Environment:

The work environment will be fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on delivering high-quality results. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Compensation:

The hourly rate for this position is $27.00, with the opportunity for overtime and bonuses based on performance.
