Teaching Responsibilities
The selected candidate will engage in instructing students on the application and economic ramifications of agricultural resource management. This includes, but is not limited to, topics such as animal health, pasture management, conservation strategies, nutrition, reproduction, marketing, risk management, and business administration. The teaching approach should be comprehensive and collaborative, working alongside fellow faculty members.

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will adopt a systems-oriented teaching methodology, with a keen understanding of the economic implications of each decision made throughout the production process. Additionally, the candidate will be expected to assist with various administrative responsibilities that support the department's operations, including recruitment and outreach initiatives.

Qualifications
A Master's degree or PhD in an agriculture-related field, coupled with relevant management and teaching experience, is preferred. A minimum of five years of professional experience within the agricultural industry is required. Strong teamwork skills and effective oral and written communication abilities are essential for this role.

Department Overview
The Ranch Management program is dedicated to preparing professionals to manage global agricultural resource systems sustainably and economically while ensuring the conservation and enhancement of resources. The program accommodates a maximum of 36 students each academic year and offers a Certificate in Ranch Management, a Bachelor of Science in Ranch Management, and a Minor in Ranch Management.
