Salary and Compensation: The estimated salary for this position is between $60,000-$100,000 per year, depending on performance and location. This includes a base salary plus uncapped commission. You will have the opportunity to earn up to $100,000 per year or more, making it an excellent career choice for sales professionals.

Job Description: As a Sales Professional - Fiber Internet at TDS Telecom, you will be selling our residential products and services door-to-door. Your primary responsibility will be to canvass different neighborhoods in your assigned territory, engaging with potential customers, identifying their needs, and selling TDS's voice, data, and television services. Additionally, you will participate in community events in partnership with our Marketing team to increase brand awareness and create sales opportunities.

Responsibilities:
  • Engage with potential customers through door-to-door visits, networking, and referrals to inform them about TDS's services.
  • Conduct sales calls to identify customer needs, provide relevant information, and sell TDS services to prospective customers.
  • Complete sales documentation accurately, recording and submitting daily sales orders, agreements, third-party verifications, and reports to your supervisor.
  • Manage customer relationships from the initial sale through installation, conducting follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction post-installation.
  • Create community buzz by organizing and participating in community events to increase brand awareness and sales opportunities.


Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you must be self-motivated, charismatic, and goal-oriented. You should also have access to reliable transportation and be eligible for a seller's permit and/or solicitors license as required by market. While previous sales experience is beneficial, we encourage candidates with transferable skills and a passion for sales to apply.
