**Job Summary**
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing support and assistance to our residents with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, laundry, and light household chores.
**Responsibilities**
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages.
- Perform light household chores, such as cleaning, laundry, and organization.
- Encourage residents to engage in recreational, entertainment, or educational activities.
- Transport residents to medical appointments and other activities.
- Monitor and maintain a safe and healthy environment.
- Document resident progress and maintain accurate records.
**Requirements**
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed.
- Pass a background check and drug screening.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
