Paralegal Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paralegal to join our team at ReliableVA Solutions LLC. As a Paralegal, you will play a critical role in supporting our attorneys with family law cases, including divorce, child custody, support, and domestic violence.

• Assist Attorneys with Family Law Cases
  • Provide research and analysis to support attorneys in family law cases
  • Prepare and maintain case files, including documents and records
• Draft Legal Documents
  • Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and agreements
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of documents
• Conduct Legal Research
  • Conduct research and analysis to support attorneys in family law cases
  • Compile and organize research findings
• Schedule Client Meetings and Court Appearances
  • Schedule client meetings and court appearances
  • Coordinate with attorneys and clients to ensure timely and effective communication
• Communicate with Clients and Other Parties
  • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
  • Provide clear and concise information to clients and other parties
• Prepare Trial Materials and Financial Statements
  • Prepare trial materials, including exhibits and evidence
  • Compile and organize financial statements and other relevant documents

• Education
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field
• Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in family law
• Skills
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in legal research, document preparation, and Microsoft Office
