    • Ensure all work complies with safety standards and regulations, prioritizing the well-being of crew members and adhering to industry best practices.
    • Perform quality control inspections to ensure the highest standards of workmanship, maintaining a strong focus on excellence and customer satisfaction.
    • Leadership and Communication:
      • Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and crew members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
      • Provide guidance and support to crew members, promoting professional growth and development within the team.

Requirements:

  • 7-8 years of experience in steel erection, with a proven track record of success and leadership.
  • Proven leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of professionals.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings, with a strong understanding of construction principles and practices.
  • Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices, with a commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  • NCCCO crane certification preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions, with a strong focus on adaptability and flexibility.
