Key Responsibilities:

  • Review finalized real estate transaction documents to ensure precision, completeness, and compliance with established guidelines.
  • Confirm the proper execution and filing of all necessary documents, signatures, and forms in accordance with state and federal laws.
  • Engage with various stakeholders, including title companies, lenders, attorneys, and escrow officers, to effectively facilitate the post-closing process.
