Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Regional Manager to uphold our commitment to operational excellence and integrity. This full-time, exempt role offers a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $75,000, along with bonus opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of real estate investment properties, focusing on manufactured home communities.
- Foster and maintain positive relationships with tenants and employees.
- Coordinate support services to effectively operate the portfolio and achieve financial and operational objectives.
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years in business management and supervisory roles, with at least 1 year in property management.
- Current Real Estate license required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and possess reliable transportation.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong financial and mathematical aptitude for budget preparation and financial planning.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Major Accountabilities:
- Develop effective working relationships with clients and staff.
- Provide operational support across all properties in the portfolio.
- Address employee grievances and resident complaints promptly.
Staff Management:
- Direct resident managers and company staff, including scheduling and delegating tasks.
- Conduct annual employee reviews and assess compensation.
- Ensure compliance with training and operational standards.
Financial Management:
- Prepare and manage the annual budget to meet financial goals.
- Establish rental rates based on market analysis and ensure timely rent collection.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations.
- Participate in company-sponsored events and committees.
