This position plays a crucial role in supporting the California Department of Public Health's mission and strategic plan. As a Program Technician II, you will be responsible for reviewing and processing complex assignments, including reviewing and processing citations, performing complex licensing activities, entering data into multiple systems, and providing technical assistance to healthcare providers, patients, and patients' family members.
The incumbent works under the general supervision of the Supervising Program Technician II and is expected to work within multiple computer programs simultaneously.
This position may be eligible for a hybrid telework schedule, in accordance with CDPH's Telework Policy and Procedures.
