Job Summary

Soft Tech Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Network Engineer to join our team. As a Network Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the stable operation and efficient performance of data networks. This includes monitoring and managing all network hardware and equipment, analyzing network performance, and identifying and developing remedies for network performance bottlenecks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the stable operation and efficient performance of data networks.
  • Monitor and manage all network hardware and equipment.
  • Analyze network performance and identify bottlenecks.
  • Develop and implement network security measures.
  • Provide network performance statistics and reports.
  • Install and configure network hardware and equipment.
  • Inspect, maintain, and replace network cabling and equipment.
  • Administer hardware and software upgrades for network equipment.
  • Perform network design and capacity planning.
  • Develop and implement network policies and procedures.
  • Administer and maintain user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
  • Recommend and perform network improvements, upgrades, and repairs.
  • Interact with vendors and contractors to secure network products and services.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in network engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of network security measures and network management tools.
  • Experience with Juniper network solutions and Cisco network certifications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
