  • Engaging in the account management process throughout the revenue cycle.
  • Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the revenue cycle management system.
  • Collaborating with team members to meet organizational objectives.
  • Overseeing priority accounts and following up on accounts receivable.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma required.
  • Preferred: At least 1 year of experience in revenue cycle management.
  • Familiarity with Revenue Cycle systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Understanding of HIPAA regulations is essential.
  • Fluency in English is required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Capability to perform office tasks and utilize fine motor skills.
  • Visual and auditory skills necessary for the role.

Work Setting:

  • Standard office environment with minimal noise.
