Your Role:

You will gain insights into operating at an unparalleled scale in omnichannel fulfillment, collaborating across numerous stores and fulfillment centers to craft front-end experiences that cater to customer needs anytime, anywhere. Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Product Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Product Development: You will oversee product roadmaps, create requirement specifications, align business and technical needs, analyze customer and product data, transform customer insights into actionable initiatives, devise rollout strategies, and manage associated risks.
- Testing and Iteration: You will collaborate with analytics partners to define A/B tests, measure outcomes, propose enhancements, and refine your products and features while narrating compelling stories through data and user experience.
- Strategic Vision: You will identify strategies and develop a vision for your fulfillment and customer location products, leveraging domain expertise, best practices, market opportunities, and solid business cases.
- Collaborative Partnerships: You will cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders by aligning priorities with business objectives, communicating effectively, and securing buy-in from executive leadership.
- Product Direction: You will provide overarching direction for your products by evaluating business goals and customer requirements.
- You possess a strong analytical mindset and enjoy diving into data.
- You are passionate about tackling complex challenges.
- You have a customer-centric approach in both spirit and execution.
- You are adept at influencing others, leading teams, managing stakeholders, and communicating effectively.
- You embrace a test-and-learn philosophy and an agile approach to enhance your team's offerings.
- Option 1: A Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, coupled with 7 years of experience in product management.
- Option 2: 9 years of experience in product management or a related area.
- A Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 6 years of experience as a product manager, preferably in consumer-facing, large-scale, complex B2B/C products.
