We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our interdisciplinary hospice team in providing high-quality, expert care to our seriously ill patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide comfort, care, support, and education to patients and their loved ones
  • Work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements:
  • Valid, unencumbered Missouri LPN or compact license
  • Minimum of one year experience in caring for hospice patients
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with others
  • Superior organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
