We are seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN to join our team at Residential Home Health and Hospice. As a Hospice LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to individuals in need.

About the Role

This part-time position will support patients in Kansas City and surrounding areas. You will work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement patient care plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Requirements
  • LPN License: You must hold a valid LPN license in the state where you will be working.
  • Graduate from an Approved School of Practical Nursing: You must have graduated from an approved school of practical nursing.
  • Two Years of LPN Experience, Hospice Preferred: We prefer candidates with two years of LPN experience, particularly in hospice care.
  • Current Driver's License and Ability to Drive: You must have a current driver's license and be able to drive to patient locations.
  • Time Management and Self-Management Skills: You must be able to manage your time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet critical deadlines.
  • Experience with Tablets, Mobile Phones, and EMR Software: You must have experience using tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software.
