Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality results.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical staff, project managers, and clients.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including clients, project managers, and senior management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, or Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical project management, with a focus on asbestos and hazardous materials.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Colorado certifications in Asbestos Building Inspector (CABI), Lead-Based Paint (LBP) Inspector/Risk Assessor, and Asbestos Project Designer are highly desirable.
