  • Stay Up-to-Date with the latest medication administration techniques and best practices through ongoing education and training.
  • Manage Stress effectively, remaining calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
  • Maintain Confidentiality of resident information, adhering to HIPAA guidelines and maintaining the highest level of professionalism.
  • Adhere to Community Policies and procedures, ensuring that all work schedules and assigned tasks are completed to the highest standard.
  • Operate Equipment Safely, utilizing only equipment that has been previously trained on and following established safety protocols.
  • Implement Infection Control measures and practices, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for residents and staff.
  • Respond to Emergencies, reporting any safety violations and demonstrating knowledge of fire and emergency procedures.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid State Approved Medication Aide certification.
  • Personal Care Assistant or Certified Nursing Certification required.
  • Excellent Communication Skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with residents, families, and staff.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Team Player, with the ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve common goals.
