We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technician to join our team at CareNow urgent care. As a Radiology Technician, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures, maintaining equipment, and providing exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures, including x-rays and other imaging modalities
- Maintain and calibrate imaging equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety
- Provide exceptional patient care, ensuring comfort and dignity throughout the imaging process
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans
- Stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques, participating in ongoing education and training
- Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Services
- 1+ year of clinical experience in a patient care setting, preferably in radiology or a related field
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification, obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- State Registered Radiologic Technician and Registered Radiographer (ARRT) certifications
- Federal Drug Screening Certification, obtained within 30 days of start date
