Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking skilled Asphalt Laborers to join our team in Nashville, TN. As an Asphalt Laborer, you will be responsible for repairing concrete, asphalt, and performing various maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep of parking lots.

Responsibilities:

  • Repair and maintain asphalt and concrete surfaces
  • Perform crack sealing and sealcoating
  • Install and repair concrete curbs, walks, and pads
  • Repair and maintain storm sewers
  • Perform lot marking and other maintenance tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Some general construction experience preferred
  • Ability to perform physical labor in a fast-paced environment
