Key Responsibilities- Parking and Retrieval: Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles, ensuring they are secure and easily accessible.
- Guest Services: Anticipate and meet the needs of each guest, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
- Logistics: Store or retrieve guest belongings in an efficient and organized manner.
- Communication: Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. occasionally, and work in outside weather conditions.
- Availability: Must be able to work PM Shifts and weekends, including overnight and graveyard shifts.
- Skills: Strong customer service skills, ability to communicate clearly and effectively, and a clean driving record.
