Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to granite customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Logistics Coordination: Coordinate the movement of granite freight, including scheduling crane appointments, dedications, and deliveries.
- Data Entry: Accurately input all granite bills for lading into the company's system.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including filing bills of lading alphabetically and per region.
- Load Preparation: Prepare paperwork for drivers' outbound loads, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Return Management: Manage the paperwork for return pieces that come back from customers.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, including mailing invoices to customers.
- Education: High school degree or equivalent.
- Experience: No previous experience is required, but a desire to learn and a quick study ability are essential.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with computers and multiple screens.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed.
