Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to granite customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate the movement of granite freight, including scheduling crane appointments, dedications, and deliveries.
  • Data Entry: Accurately input all granite bills for lading into the company's system.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including filing bills of lading alphabetically and per region.
  • Load Preparation: Prepare paperwork for drivers' outbound loads, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Return Management: Manage the paperwork for return pieces that come back from customers.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, including mailing invoices to customers.
Requirements
  • Education: High school degree or equivalent.
  • Experience: No previous experience is required, but a desire to learn and a quick study ability are essential.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with computers and multiple screens.
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed.
