As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our dishware and equipment. Your duties will include setting up and maintaining the dish machine, using proper pre-soaking procedures, and following chemical usage guidelines. You will also be responsible for documenting and reporting any repairs or maintenance issues. In addition, you will practice teamwork by communicating with and assisting all members of the restaurant team. To ensure a smooth operation, you will use checklists to ensure proper set up and close down of each shift.
