Job Title: Maintenance Technician 3rd Shift

At Specialized Component Parts Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team on the 3rd shift. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for performing routine and complex tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our production equipment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Perform setups for production machines in accordance with established schedules
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed to ensure production schedules are met
  • Make recommendations for and participate in the implementation of improvements to existing equipment, including upgrades through automation
  • Communicate all tooling needs to the technician group leader and operations manager
  • Keep accurate and timely records as required by the technician group leader
  • Properly use and care of equipment and materials issued to the work area
Requirements:
  • High school or GED equivalent preferred
  • 3 years of hands-on experience maintaining production equipment
  • Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanic, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance work
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic computer functions
  • Positive attitude
