About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Per Diem Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at BAYADA Home Health Care. As a Speech Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Care: Provide thorough evaluations, assessments, and therapeutic interventions to patients experiencing speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties.
  • Treatment Planning: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
  • Communication: Collaborate with patients, family members, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Home Visits: Make regular home visits to patients in designated geographic territories.
Requirements
  • Licensure: Current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in PA.
  • Experience: Minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Speech Therapist.
  • Certification: Possess a certificate of clinical competence in speech from the American Speech and Hearing Association, or equivalent.
  • Travel: Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
  • Skills: Excellent assessment skills, strong written and verbal communication, and a calm and reassuring presence.
