  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and improve patient flow, workflow efficiency, and staff productivity, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with patients, families, physicians, and staff, ensuring clear and concise information exchange.
  • Documentation: Accurately document patient information, referrals, and other relevant data in a timely and secure manner.
Requirements
  • Certified LVN License in the state of employment or compact
  • BLS Certification
