About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Brand Ambassador to join our team at Artisanal Brewing Ventures. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for representing our brand at various events, festivals, and tastings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers to educate them on our beers and company
  • Set up, break down, and clean pouring stations at event sites
  • Transport and maintain table displays, equipment, and materials
  • Pour beers, hand out promotional materials, and discuss beer characteristics
  • Maintain a professional image and demeanor at all times
  • Support sales staff as needed
  • Attend brewery training events to stay current with offerings
Requirements
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • High school graduate; college degree preferred
  • Craft beer industry passion and appreciation of the culture
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly public speaking
  • Outgoing, energetic, and confident personality
  • Ability to work nights and weekends with a flexible schedule
  • Certified Cicerone or Certified Beer Server is a plus
