Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Technology Specialist to join our team at Walmart. As a key member of our Facility Security & Technology team, you will play a critical role in protecting our assets and ensuring the safety of our associates and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the installation and maintenance of complex security systems, including CCTV, access control, and intrusion systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, in budget, and meet scope/specifications.
  • Develop and implement business solutions to improve security and efficiency.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to associates on security policies and procedures.
  • Conduct security program surveys and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • 1 year's experience using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Valid state-issued driver's license and successful completion of Walmart's required motor vehicle requirements.
  • Associate's or vocational degree in Electronic Technology or Computer Science.
  • Commercial security systems experience, including fire, burglar, CCTV, access control, and/or security assessments.
  • National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies Certification in Fire (Level II) and Video (Level I).
