Position Overview

Infosys is in search of a Principal SAP FICO Consultant.

As a Principal SAP FICO Consultant, you will be a key contributor throughout various stages of the consulting lifecycle. Your role will involve deep engagement in business process consulting, where you will identify challenges, propose solutions, and implement them effectively. Additionally, you will play a vital role in the design, configuration, and execution of comprehensive solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide project teams on processes and deliverables.
  • Contribute to proposal development and client training.
  • Assist in defining project scope and objectives.
  • Shape innovative consulting solutions that help clients adapt to the evolving global landscape.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required from an accredited institution.
  • At least 11 years of experience in Information Technology.
  • U.S. work authorization is required.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum of 11 years in SAP Finance and Controlling with at least 2 complete SAP S/4HANA FI implementations.
  • Hands-on experience with GL, AP, AR, CO, including Transfer Pricing and Inter Company Reconciliation.
  • Familiarity with integration across other SAP areas like OTC and P2P.
  • Experience with Activate and Agile methodologies.
  • Proven ability to lead small teams and collaborate with globally distributed teams.
  • Experience in conducting blueprinting workshops independently.
  • Hands-on experience in solution architecture and presales is advantageous.
  • Willingness to work in a management consulting environment that involves travel.

Work Environment

The role requires prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer. Effective communication through various channels is essential. Travel may be a requirement based on job responsibilities.
