Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble semi-custom single door units using kitted frame parts and prepped doors
  • Prep material for assembly using exact measurements
  • Operate various saws to cut material
  • Read work orders to ensure accuracy of assembly
  • Make necessary repairs or adjustments to ensure quality
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production efficiencies without compromising quality
Requirements:
  • Ability to read tape measure
  • Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
  • Ability to read and understand English
  • Good hand-eye coordination
  • Ability to use hand tools, pneumatic staple gun, and other electric tools as needed
  • Ability to follow oral and written communication from supervisors, leads, or coworkers
