Job Title: Retail Store Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Store Associate to join our Fabletics team at Christiana Mall in Newark, DE.

Job Summary:

The Retail Store Associate will provide exceptional customer service, maintain a high level of product knowledge, and contribute to a positive store environment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about fashion, customer service, and teamwork.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including fabrics, features, fit, and function of our products.
  • Drive customer engagement through in-store events, promotions, and community projects.
  • Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance the customer experience.
  • Maintain store merchandising guidelines to create an easy-to-shop environment.
  • Participate in feedback and continuous improvement initiatives to drive business growth.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals, while maintaining high levels of productivity and efficiency.
  • Maintain all safety and security standards, identifying and communicating potential issues.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of work experience in a retail environment, preferably in active lifestyle or fashion.
  • Knowledge and familiarity with active lifestyle choices, such as yoga, cycling, Pilates, weight training, running, and nutrition.
  • Excellent social interaction and communication skills, with the ability to work with large teams.
  • Great interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
  • Self-motivated, good communicator, and ability to multi-task, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
  • Flexibility in work hours, open to working evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
