About the Role:
The Retail Sales Lead will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, driving sales and operations, and working closely with the Store Manager and team to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Embody Fabletics' culture and values, providing insight to customers on how to live their passion.
- Actively engage customers in new and meaningful ways, providing knowledge on our products and services.
- Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
- Provide training and feedback to associates on customer experience and performance expectations.
- Work with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet and exceed individual and team performance goals.
- Maintain store merchandising guidelines and communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager.
- Actively participate in providing feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve the business.
- Strive for excellence in meeting and exceeding store objectives in performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
- Serve as a resource for general product knowledge to all customers and team members.
- Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
- Maintain all safety and security standards and identify potential issues.
Requirements:
- 1-year minimum of work experience in a retail environment, with prior retail management experience a plus.
- Knowledge and familiarity of active lifestyle choices, such as yoga, cycling, and healthy activities.
- Ability to socially interact with customers, employees, and business partners.
- Ability to work with large teams and have great interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, a good communicator, and able to bring out the best in others.
- Familiar with retail inventory and POS systems.
- Flexibility in work hours, open to working evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
