Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide specialized care to pediatric patients in the comfort of their own homes. As a member of our team, you will work closely with children and their families to ensure their medical and emotional needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive nursing care to pediatric patients during nighttime hours.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the child's physician.
  • Monitor and assess the child's health status, including vital signs and response to treatment.
  • Manage and provide care for any medical equipment or devices the child may require.
  • Educate and support the family in managing the child's health needs and care routines.
  • Document all care activities and observations accurately and thoroughly.
  • Respond to any emergencies or changes in the child's condition promptly and effectively.
Requirements
  • Valid and active RN license in the state of New Jersey.
  • Experience in pediatric nursing or a strong interest in pediatric care.
  • Experience working with vent and trach.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate, patient-centered approach with a focus on providing comfort and care.
  • Reliable and adaptable, with the ability to work flexible hours as required.
