Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Customer Experience Lead to join our team at Haliburton International Foods. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the customer service team, developing and implementing customer service strategies, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the customer relationship managers and the customer service team.
  • Order Fulfillment: Oversee the processing of sales and purchase orders, ensuring timely and accurate order completion.
  • Customer Communication: Provide timely updates on order status and resolve issues with customers through various channels.
  • Policy Development: Create and implement customer service policies and standards to improve customer satisfaction and team performance.
  • Issue Resolution: Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure complex issues are addressed efficiently.
  • Service Performance: Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Education: Relevant bachelor's degree
  • Experience: Prior customer service and supervisory experience
  • Skills: Expertise in problem analysis, decision-making, and process optimization

Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year

Work Environment:

  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Capability to work in a fast-paced environment, standing and walking for long periods.
