About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Live Services Product Director to join our team at Shrapnel Studio. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the success of our live services products, including early access programs, battle passes, and web3 ecosystem strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive product lifecycle plans, ensuring clear Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and a detailed strategy to achieve them.
  • Work cross-functionally to create and execute product plans, collaborating with teams across product development, marketing, finance, and operations.
  • Conduct financial forecasting and performance analysis for live services products, using data-driven insights to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
  • Monitor the performance of live services products against their OKRs, identifying and driving alignment for changes if OKRs are not met.
  • Craft strategies that make live services products more successful for the business, owning follow-up to ensure we are learning what can be improved and how to implement those improvements effectively.
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience leading AAA game experience or enterprise experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Product Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience in product management, specifically in live services, gaming, or related industries.
  • Strong track record of successfully launching and managing live service products.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Passionate about the gaming industry and web3 ecosystem.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Additional Information

The base salary range for this full-time position is $150,000 - $220,000 + stocks + tokens + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
