Overview

Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a dedicated Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to enhance our team at a prominent healthcare facility. We are looking for skilled NNPs who are eager to collaborate with a dynamic group of professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Join our supportive environment that includes:

  • A 14-bed Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) with an average daily census of 8-10 infants.
  • Over 2,500 births annually, with approximately 300 NICU admissions each year.
  • A collaborative atmosphere fostered by strong relationships between physicians and advanced practice registered nurses (APRNs).
  • 24/7 NNP coverage with a neonatologist available for consultation during night shifts.
  • Flexible shift options of 24 or 48 hours to promote a healthy work-life balance.
  • A multidisciplinary approach to clinical care, ensuring comprehensive management of patient needs.

Qualifications
  • A Master's Degree in Nursing is required.
