Overview


Pediatrix Medical Group is actively seeking a dedicated Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to enhance our team. This position offers an opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with a group of experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities


We welcome both seasoned NNPs and exceptional new graduates to join our team of 3 NNPs and 24 Neonatologists.

  • Manage a 14-bed Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) with an average daily census of 8-10 infants.
  • Participate in over 2,500 deliveries annually, with approximately 300 NICU admissions each year.
  • Engage in a supportive and collaborative atmosphere, fostering strong relationships between physicians and Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs).
  • Benefit from 24/7 NNP coverage with an on-call neonatologist available at night.
  • Enjoy flexible 24 or 48-hour shifts that promote a healthy work-life balance.

Qualifications


Applicants must possess a minimum of a Master's Degree in Nursing.
