Transportation Coordinator

Job Summary:

Sunday River is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Transportation Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our transportation team, you will be responsible for safely transporting guests and team members throughout the resort.

Responsibilities:

  • Transport guests and team members around the resort via a specified route in a passenger van, bus, or trolley.
  • Transport team members residing in staff housing on weekly trips to the grocery store and into town.
  • Conduct accurate and complete vehicle safety operation checklists.
  • Ensure safe operation of the vehicle and safe transport of passengers and equipment with a strong emphasis on guest service.
  • Maintain a clean vehicle at all times.
  • Meet service level objectives and department goals as set forth by the Transportation Manager.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior guest service experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to work early mornings, days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • CDL with passenger endorsement preferred.
