- Proficiency in CCH ProSystems FX tax, QuickBooks, Excel, and/or RIA Checkpoint
- At least 3-5 years' experience in public accounting, in Tax
- A Bachelor's degree in accounting, with a Master's degree or working towards it
- A CPA license, with a plan to obtain it
