We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Sonic Drive-In. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for assisting the General Manager in managing the daily operations of the restaurant to provide quality food in a clean, safe, and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff
- Provide coaching and feedback to team members to ensure they meet performance expectations
- Lead by example and demonstrate a positive attitude and work ethic
- Restaurant Operations
- Assist the General Manager in managing the daily operations of the restaurant
- Ensure that all food safety and sanitation standards are met
- Manage inventory and supplies to minimize waste and optimize profitability
- Customer Service
- Ensure that all customers receive a high level of service and have a positive experience
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Financial Management
- Assist the General Manager in managing the restaurant's budget and financial performance
- Monitor sales and labor costs to ensure profitability
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
