Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Environmental/Remediation Engineer to join our team in Issaquah or Seattle, Washington. As a key member of our technical team, you will work closely with colleagues to provide environmental solutions to our clients' challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support a broad range of environmental projects, including contaminated site investigation and remediation, environmental due diligence, and regulatory coordination.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement remediation systems, including air-sparge, soil vapor extraction, and in-situ remediation.
  • Manage multi-disciplinary teams to perform cleanup actions with varying degrees of complexity and scope.
  • Prepare proposals, summary reports, and formal cleanup documentation, including Remedial Investigation/Feasibility Study reports and Cleanup Action Plans.
  • Work with Farallon's team of scientists and engineers on business development objectives.
Requirements
  • ABET certified Bachelor or Master's degree in environmental engineering.
  • Professionally licensed in Washington, P.E.
  • Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in environmental consulting, including planning and performing site investigations and remediation systems.
  • Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and working with regulatory agencies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare technical reports and proposals.
