Job Overview

About the Job

We are looking for an experienced Retail Sales Associate who can effectively communicate with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized solutions to meet their requirements. You will work closely with your Department Supervisor and other associates to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Greeting and qualifying customers to assess their needs and provide assistance.
  • Providing information on product features, benefits, and related items to sell an entire project.
  • Maintaining the in-stock condition of assigned areas, ensuring they are clean, shoppable, and safe.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong understanding of retail sales principles. Additionally, you should be familiar with our store departments, including Building Materials, Décor, Electrical, Flooring, Garden, Hardware, Kitchen & Bath, Lumber, Millwork, Paint, Plumbing, and Tool Rental.
