Role Summary

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for Home Improvement to join our team at Home Depot. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and support to customers shopping in our stores. This includes greeting and qualifying customers, assessing their needs, and providing personalized solutions to meet their requirements.

About the Job

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. You will work closely with your Department Supervisor and other associates to ensure seamless execution of customer transactions and maintain accurate records of sales activity.

Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Providing product information and recommendations to customers, taking into account their specific needs and preferences.
  • Maintaining a high level of knowledge about our products, including features, benefits, and applications.
  • Developing relationships with customers to build loyalty and drive repeat business.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong understanding of retail sales principles. Additionally, you should be familiar with our store departments and have a basic understanding of home improvement products and services.
