We are seeking a skilled CT Technologist to join our team at Glenwood Regional Medical Center. As a CT Technologist, you will play a critical role in producing high-quality images for the diagnosis of medical conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Operate computerized tomography (CT) scanners to produce cross-sectional images of patients' internal organs and tissues.
- Administer contrast materials and prepare patients for imaging procedures.
- Effectively interact with patients, hospital employees, and other healthcare professionals to ensure excellent patient care.
- Participate in performance improvement activities and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
- Graduation from an AMA-approved school of radiology technology.
- Two years of experience as a Radiology Technologist, with previous experience in CT preferred.
- ARRT and Louisiana License, with Advanced Certification in CT preferred.
- BLS required within 30 days of hire.
