Job Title: Personal Banker

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Personal Banker to join our team at American 1 Credit Union. As a Personal Banker, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional member experience through a wide range of credit union transactions, including opening new memberships, lending, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with members to understand their financial needs and provide personalized solutions.
  • Process member transactions, including account openings, loan applications, and credit card requests.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to member inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the branch team to achieve sales and service goals.
  • Stay up-to-date on credit union products and services, making recommendations to members as needed.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior customer service and sales experience, preferably in a financial institution.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with members and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering exceptional member experience.
