Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Personal Banker to join our team at American 1 Credit Union. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional member service and building strong relationships with our members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with members to understand their financial needs and provide personalized solutions.
  • Process new and existing accounts, including internal transfers, updates, and loan applications.
  • Assist members with credit card and loan inquiries, and provide guidance on credit reports.
  • Work collaboratively with the branch team to achieve sales and service goals.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous customer service and sales experience, preferably in a banking or credit union environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
