Overview

With multiple openings available, we are seeking experienced RNs to join our Break Relief Float Pool. This role offers flexibility and variety, allowing you to make a difference in the lives of patients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation Package

We offer a highly competitive compensation package, including a $15,000 hiring bonus for eligible candidates who meet specific conditions. Our total rewards program also includes fantastic benefits, such as medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

About the Role

As a Break Relief Float Pool RN, you will provide exceptional care to patients across various units, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver world-class health with human connection. Your specialized training and expertise will be utilized to make a tangible impact on the lives of those we serve.

Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Current Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification upon hire
  • Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • National Certification in area of specialty upon hire
