Compensation: The base salary for this position is $48.67-$88.73 per hour, with opportunities for additional compensation such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

About the Role:

We're seeking a skilled and experienced Charge Nurse to join our medical center's nursing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for supervising and coordinating patient care, leading team members, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Washington Registered Nurse License
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
  • 1 year Nursing experience with demonstrated leadership abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

A National Certification in area of specialty upon hire is highly desirable.
