- Collect and document clinical data, including patient information and medical records, in compliance with standards and systems.
- Supervise medical assistants and licensed vocational nurses, ensuring they meet regulatory requirements and provide quality patient care.
- Assist providers with procedures, including specimen collection and processing, and maintain accurate records.
- Perform venipuncture, dress wounds, and interpret physician instructions to patients.
- Current license to practice as an LVN in the State of California.
- Minimum one year experience in an outpatient setting, preferably in pediatrics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, problem-solve, and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Clinic Practice Management System (EPIC) and other relevant software.
