The Operations Support Technician is responsible for ensuring the optimal functioning of dipping processes through routine maintenance, testing, documentation, and operational support. This role also provides backup assistance for the Laboratory Technician.

Key Responsibilities:
Daily Maintenance and Testing:
- Conduct tests for viscosity, pH, and temperature of various tanks, including Pre-dip, clear coagulate, neoprene, and leach tanks.
- Document test results accurately in the dip log.
Workflow Management:
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of mandrel tools and tanks according to a preventive schedule.
- Utilize Kanban cards to monitor and manage inventory levels effectively.
Operational Support:
- Assist in mixing processes and evaluate contents post-mixing.
- Manage chlorination washing processes and ensure proper organization of safety supplies.
- Generate test data for various applications, including research and quality control.
Quality Assurance:
- Execute dipping operations for standard and experimental products while minimizing error rates.
- Ensure all performance metrics related to quantity, accuracy, and timeliness are met or exceeded.
