Job Summary:
The Role:
Live Nation is seeking a skilled Venue Maintenance Staff member to join our team at the WHITE RIVER AMPHITHEATRE. As a key member of our grounds maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of duties to support the achievement of the venue's safety, business goals, and objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Work in an outdoor environment in a variety of weather conditions, including spring and summer weather.
- Perform regular preventive maintenance around the venue site, including buildings, miscellaneous projects, and landscaping as needed.
- Perform a variety of maintenance and carpentry functions, including using hand and power tools, backpack blowers, pressure washers, and lawn mowers.
- Detect faulty operations, defective material, and report those and any unusual situations to the proper supervisor.
- Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
- Report possible safety issues around the site and help prevent potential safety hazards.
- Operate forklifts and other company vehicles, and complete all required tasks that fall under those positions.
- Keep the venue safe and clean at all times, including keeping all guest-facing areas free of trash and separating recycling materials into proper containers.
- Clean and stock restroom areas with paper materials and hygiene products as needed.
- Clean equipment and assist with other cleaning duties as assigned.
- Participate in the venue's sustainability program and show CARE by reducing waste and conserving resources.
- Partner with fellow team members at the end of events to close the venue, including collecting recyclables from the lawn and/or reserved section, and picking up and properly storing event equipment.
- Perform all other duties as assigned or needed.
The expected compensation for this position in Washington is:
$16.28 USD - $20.00 Hourly

Live Nation takes into consideration a candidate's education, training, and experience, as well as the position's work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value, including seniority and merit systems, and internal pay alignment when determining the salary level for potential new employees. In compliance with the Washington Law, a potential new employee's salary history will not be used in compensation decisions.
